We usually dispatch within 1–3 business days (not counting Sundays and public holidays), and delivery takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. Bulky items can take a little longer. Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Check the package when it arrives and point out any outer damage to the delivery person. Then send us photos or a video of the product, the packaging and the shipping label within 48 hours of delivery. Once we’ve checked it, we’ll replace, repair or refund it at no cost to you.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, unassembled and in its original packaging with all parts. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping is paid by you. Custom-made and clearance items, and anything already used or assembled, can’t be returned unless they’re defective.

Once we receive and check the returned item, approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For cash on delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI.
